Payment:

We send out automated email to our customers within minutes of receiving payment and checkout completion.

 

Shipping:

We will verify the availability of your product(s) before shipping the package. We will contact you if necessary and we process most orders in 1 business days however in rare cases it may take longer process an order. If the item(s) in your order are out of stock or there is any delay we will send you email with an update on the status of your order. If you ordered multiple items and we have not all items in stock, we will send them separately.

Items shipping to USA street address are shipped as following:

·         Items less than 3 lbs are shipped by United States Postal Service (USPS).

·         Items over 3 lbs weight are shipped by FedEx Ground. In some cases items between 2 and 3 lbs are shipped by FedEx Ground as well.

·         All items to PO Box , APO and FPO addresses are shipped by USPS.

·         All international orders ship by USPS. However in rare cases we might use FedEx to improve delivery time and transit tracking.

We ship items worldwide however we use a risk based system to scrutinize orders from some of the countries in Asian and African continent.

We offer free shipping for most of USA. Exceptions to free shipping includes PO Box, APO, FPO, Hawaii, Alaska, and US territories addresses for items over 3 lbs. Items under 3 lbs to these addresses are covered under free shipping.

We offer free shipping on gloves to Canada.  We offer very competitive shipping rates on other items to Canada.

We offer very competitive rates on shipping worldwide. These rates are provided in checkout or you can obtain information by sending us email.

 

* Special Notes for Customers Outside of USA:

Some of our International customers have asked if we can declare purchased items as "Gift"?

We can’t declare any international purchase as gift on customs forms or invoice. It is against US and international laws. This means that some of our customers depending on national customs regulation will have to pay customs duty, PST, VAT or other applicable taxes. We believe that you will still get a great deal since our prices are highly discounted and very competitive. Please note that we don’t offer exchange or refunds to our international customers. 

Refund Returns (USA Customers only):

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return any unworn merchandise to us in 30 days from the day you receive the item (No Exceptions). All the items should be returned in original condition and buyer will pay for return postage. If there is anything we can do to help you to avoid returning the item to us, please email us at sales@jackets4bikes.com. Once we get the item back we will process the refund in approximately 4-5 business days. Please be sure to include our email addresses sales@jackets4bikes.com and jackets4bikes@gmail.com in your safe list. Please note that any items sent back as return to sender will be invoiced to buyer.

Exchange Returns (USA Customers only):

We have a 30 Day exchange policy for USA customers. Send the item back stating the item and size you need in exchange. Please make sure to include your order ID, full name and address with the return. We do require that buyers pay any shipping cost for sending item back. We include a return section on all eligible invoices packed in the shipping package. It is strongly recommended that you use this form to return items. Once we get item back we will process the exchange in approximately 4-5 business days. We will process exchange requests for a like items or even similar items and it is based upon availability. Please note that our inventory fluctuates rapidly and frequently and there is a possibility that we do not have all sizes available all the time. Please note that any items sent back as return to sender will be invoiced to buyer.

Refunds and Exchanges for Customers Outside of USA:

We don’t offer item return for refund or size exchange to customers outside of USA.
